Return Policy
At Radyan (Shenzhen Ruiyuan Enterprise Development Co., Ltd.), we are committed to providing high-quality industrial accessories and raw materials to our global partners. We understand that precision is vital in manufacturing. If your order does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
- Standard Items: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Raw Materials: Due to the nature of industrial raw materials, returns are only accepted if the material does not match the technical data sheet (TDS) or grade specified at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- For raw materials, the seals must be unbroken unless a sample was required for laboratory testing to prove a quality discrepancy.
- Proof of purchase (Order Number/Invoice) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/Special Orders: Any accessories manufactured to custom specifications (e.g., custom-branded buttons, hooks, or specific dimensions) are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
- Bulk Raw Materials: Once processed, cut, or mixed by the buyer, materials cannot be returned.
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive items that are damaged during transit or have manufacturing defects:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Seller Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), Radyan will cover all return shipping costs.
- Buyer Preference: For "change of mind" returns or ordering the incorrect specification, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team in Shenzhen or one of our regional warehouses (Texas, California, or New Jersey), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to large industrial orders that are returned due to buyer error.
