- For Buyers: You agree to complete payments for all items purchased and acknowledge that specific raw materials may be subject to import regulations in your country.
- Prohibited Items: Users may not list or sell hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Payments and Fees
- All transactions are processed through our secure payment system.
- Radyan may charge service fees for successful transactions, which will be disclosed at the time of sale.
- Prices for raw materials and accessories are subject to market fluctuations.
6. Shipping and Logistics
- Radyan provides end-to-end cross-border logistics support.
- Risk of Loss: Unless otherwise stated in a specific Sales Agreement, the risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
- Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their respective countries (e.g., USA, 120+ countries served).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on radyan.cn, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Shenzhen Ruiyuan Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Radyan acts as a platform to connect buyers and suppliers. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of raw materials purchased on the platform.
- Technical interruptions of the website.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be submitted to the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
